Mozambique’s Construction Industry: A dynamic and growing sector

22 gen 2014
Over the past few years, Mozambique’s investment climate has been positively boosted by a series of government incentives. This combined with private sector investment in infrastructure supporting the extractive industries, means that more than $25 billion USD worth in construction projects are either planned or already underway

Thanks to its strong focus on building materials, construction technologies and equipment, MOZAMBUILD is the only event of its kind focusing on the promotion of the building and construction sectors in Mozambique. Last year’s edition was inaugurated by the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Mozambique and the event is supported by ACIS and the Mozambican Federation of Contractors (FME).

The 2nd Mozambique International Building Materials & Construction Technology Exhibition will be held in Maputo on 26 - 28 February 2014 at the Radisson Blu Hotel to provide a unique business platform for all local, regional and international companies. The exhibition will also be hosting the first edition of MozamWater 2014, which will take place on the same dates as Mozambuild and in the same location.

The ideal meeting place for Mozambique’s building and construction industry and for companies seeking to do business with this growing sector of Mozambique’s economy is represented with MOZAMBUILD 2014.
