In a survey conducted across nine countries and completed by over 18,000 people, one in five UK energy consumers expressed their concern regarding data security and protection.
According to Rachel Lane, the Chief of client examination EMEA, as service organizations are confronting expanded consistence, administrative dangers and unpredictability in product evaluating, one of their greatest difficulties is to hold and draw in clients. Furthermore, Rachel emphasised the importance of client experience and trust, which according to Rachel is the dominant influencing factor for consumer reliability and future prospects. Rachel suggests that transparency in the billing process and service personalisation for energy consumers are the two major issues that, if addressed, would allow utilities to win back and retain customers.
